SHIPPING

Many of our "Patterns, Kits and Home Decor, if being purchase one at a time, can be mailed using USPS (First Class, Priority Mail 2-3 days and Media Mail). There are some items that can only ship UPS Ground.

Doc ships to United States, Canada and Australia.

RETURNS

All returns must have a "Return Authorization Number" provided by us. To return an item(s) you must contact us by e-mail. The "Return Authorization Number" must be clearly written on the outside of the package. All items returned must be in their original packaging and brand new condition. Once we have received your return, we will credit your account according to how you originally paid us, i.e., credit card or check. The amount of credit will be the price you paid for the item less the original shipping cost. It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping costs.

 REFUNDS

 Refunds will be made to the original credit card used at the time of purchase for the sales amount you paid for the item once we have received your return in its "Like New Condition".
