SHIPPING

Many of our "Patterns & Kits, if being purchase one at a time, can be mailed using USPS (First Class & Priority Mail 2-3 days). However, if you are making multiple selections and your "Cart Weight" is over 80 oz. (5 lbs.), UPS is a better choice in terms of cost.

Guide Lines - First Class Mail up to 13 oz.  -  Priority Mail up to 80 oz. ( 5 lbs)  -  UPS Ground for all orders 80 ounces ( 5 lbs.) and over.

Please select your preferred carrier / shipper at check-out. To compare rates, choose USPS or UPS then click "Update" to view the corresponding rate. We ship UPS Tuesday thru Friday and USPS Tuesday thru Saturday. We do offer "Free Delivery to our local Fort Collins Area" customers on orders over $25. Choose this Option at check-out. Discounted shipping is also available on orders over $25. Use coupon code COLO1 at check-out.

RETURNS

All returns must have a "Return Authorization Number" provided by us. To return an item(s) you must contact us via phone or e-mail. The "Return Authorization Number" must be clearly written on the outside of the package. All items returned must be in their original packaging and brand new condition. Once we have received your return, we will credit your account according to how you originally paid us, i.e., credit card or check. The amount of credit will be the price you paid for the item less the original shipping cost. It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping costs.

 REFUNDS

 Refunds will be made to the original credit card used at the time of purchase for the sales amount you paid for the item once we have received your return in its "Like New Condition".
